









Garrett “Sack” Harencak is a trusted and tested leader with over 40 years of military and defense contractor experience. He was most recently President of Mission Support and Test Services LLC (MSTS), where Sack provided leadership and management direction for the effective and efficient execution of operations at the Nevada National Security Sites. Prior to joining MSTS in 2022, Harencak was the Vice President of Strategic Defense Programs and Deputy Program Manager of the Missile Defense Agency Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions contract at Jacobs Engineering. Before joining Jacobs, he served in the U.S. Air Force for more than 39 years and rose to the rank of Major General. Positions he held include; Commander, USAF Recruiting Command, Assistant Chief of Staff, Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration (HAF A10); Commander, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Kirtland Air Force Base; Principal Assistant Deputy Administrator for Military Application, National Nuclear Security Administration, Commander, 509th Bomber Wing, Whiteman Air Force Base, Air Combat Command Deputy Director for Requirements, and Commander, 7th Bomb Wing, Dyess Air Force Base. Harencak holds a BS degree in humanities from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a MS degree in management and communications from Abilene Christian University, and a MS in National Security Studies from the Air War College, Maxwell Air Force Base. Sack serves as a board member for several non-profits and resides in Colorado Springs, CO with his wife Tanya.

Zannis Pappas is a proven and experienced leader with over 41 years of military and defense contractor experience. He was most recently a Business Development Manager for Northrop Grumman (NG) responsible for Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) programs. Prior to joining NG, he served as the Deterrence Operations Division Chief (USSF S10) at U.S. Space Force where he established and led all NC3-related procedures for the newest branch of military service. A nuclear missile and space operator, Zannis has led at the operational and strategic levels retiring as a Colonel after over 29 years of service. He continued his career as a Department of Air Force civilian serving at several high-profile positions. During his 15 years at the Pentagon, he was instrumental in the establishment of the Nuclear and Missile Operations career field, the establishment of nuclear policy and successful advocacy of nuclear-related programs. Pappas holds a BS in Earth Science/Geology from the University of Athens, Greece, a BS in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, an MBA in Aviation from Embry Riddle University, a MS in Transportation Management/Air Mobility from the A.F. Institute of Technology, a MA in Military Operational Art/Science from Air Command and Staff College and was a National Defense Fellow at Harvard University. Zannis resides in Fredericksburg, VA with his wife Jackie.
